kNuckles stumbled opon the troop. "this isnt where Epona told me to meet her..... or did she say something about telling someone here about something.." he spoke loud enough for the others to hear, but not on perpose. "oh i'm sorry! i hope i didnt enterupt anything. I'll just go.. sorry."

"Epona?! You've seen her?" Shade questioned Knuckles.

Knuckles had done something he knew he souldnt have. "uhh... i uhh.. have jsut seen her around! yeah! uh.. its not like shes got a dog for a mate .. or anything..." he knew he was traped. oh f**k... he had said something that would blow all Epona's hard work and careful planing in one fell swoop. but there was still a chance! "oh my look at the sun! its time to go!!"

Vervanda fumed. She blocked Knuckles way out,and snarled,""Dog for a mate,hmm? Tell me everything you know,or I swear I'll tear you apart."

Storm was getting a little scared. "Ok, this is a little odd... dogs, wolves, oh, look, time to check the flowersin the field." And with that Storm zipped off.

Knuckles tryed to fearfully walk around vervanda, but that didnt work. "i should even be here!! pl,ease! let me out!" Knuckles looked at vervanda's sharp teeth and shiverd.

Kaze layed down, he knew a little about this. "so... shouldn't we come up with a plan to beat the dogs or something?" Kaze asked trying to change the subject.

Storm regained his courage and returned. "Yeah, lets do that..."

"yes! good idea! while you do that, i'll just go.. yeah." *shoots off through the bushes*

"HEY!" Verv snarled,but figured chasing Knuckles wouldn't gain her anything. "Why did you do that,Kaze?!!"

"i don't think we needed more information from the jackel, he probably didn't even know what he was saying. also i thought we needed a plan" Kaze replied.

"well, you said you didn't care about Epona. you said you didn't mind her being missing" Kaze said.

Knuckles ran strait to Epona. she was with Oasis teaching her how to catch a fish. "Epona.. a wolf.. she cornered me.. i accedentally told her about you and tash.." knuckles prepared for epona to kill him, but she just straed with a face of shock. then it turned stern. "knuckles. watch Oasis." Knuckles looked at Oasis then at Epona who was walking twored the wolf teritory.
