The chatbox or shoutbox can be located at the top of the forums and the bottom of the portal, it is there to allow users to chat to each other in (more or less) real-time.

Feel free to 'log in' to the chatbox and have a chat with anyone else who is online or who might be able to come online.

The basic 'rules' for the chatbox is that you keep civil (dont abuse each other/anyone), dont spam, and use common sence.
