Husky came walking into the Peaceful Meadow, with his pups right behind him. there had to learn how to hunt. he spotted a pigeon out on the field. "look" he said to his pups and pointed with his snout at the pigeon. he croughed and in a second he leaped at the pigeon killing it. he grabbed the pigeon and walked over to his pups. he gentle drobbed the bird and the pups started to eat.

Laying down in the warm sun, Zam was watching Husky's pups learn to hunt. They'll be as good as Husky someday... he thought

Husky could smell someone. he looked over the field and saw Zam. "Hi Zam!" he said. "what are you doing here?". he tried to look at Zam as long as he could, but the pups distracted him.

"I was enjoying the sun, but now i'm enjoying the sight of the young ones trying to hunt" Zam said warmly

"if you need any help, like a lookout or somthing, I'm free"

"Lookout? that could be great ^^. its a little hard to do it alone. because of the pups." he smiled.

"Sure!" Zam said cheerfully, glad that he could help

he went over to a log, jumped up on it and started to watch the pups and the surrounding countryside

Meanwhile husky continued to learn the pups how to hunt. "first you have to crough!" husky said. "then you'll have to wait on the perfect moment" "look!" he said and pointed on another pigeon with his snout. "and then you'll have to leap at the prey". husky launched at the pigeon. he grabed its neck and in a second it was killed. "you see?" he asked the pups. the pups looked at husky for a minute, but then they started to play again. "you will lean it sooner or later" he sighed. he then laid down and watched the pups run around.

"Don't worry Husky, they are learning right now." Zam said with a smile

{{According to studies, play is the most important factor for the survival of any creatue, it teaches them to socialise and it also teached them the skills neccesary for surviving, a prey animal for example might play a type of chase game, this would help teach them how to avoid predators... so this = PLAY IS VERY IMPORTANT }}

"yeah, i know" husky said and continued to look at the pups.

Zam continued to scan the surroundings

Husky contined to look at the pups running around and playfully biting each other.

Zam saw no dangers within a kilometer, only small prey...

Husky caught a sent in the air. "a canine!" he said "maybe a wolf". he looked around but he couldn't see anything, only Zam who scaned the surroundings. the sent came closer and closer. "i think someone is stalking us!" Husky said to Zam. "maybe we should get out of here". husky was very afraid if anything should happen to his pups.

Zam had also noticed this scent, and said to Husky, "don't worry, I'm on it." Ash jumped down from his post and disapered into the grass

Shadow was far away,though she had wandered closer to the pups. She caught a scent of them,Husky,and Zam,and of course was foolish enough to howl.
