The exhausted Dark Mist near collapsed as she reached the water's edge. "Finally," she mumbled, humor gone. She stepped into the water, rolled around, and suddenly, the mud-caked Dark Mist felt less exhausted. Her fur and feathers swished in the cool, peaceful, and now rather muddy, Paradise Lake. She stood up and shook herself off. The mud floated down the current toward the epic waterfalls, and she stood up, a little weakly (she was still a tad exhausted) and gathered moss. She knew she would be an easy target, but would anything attack her?

Dark Mist sighed half-contentedly. She knew she would probably become an outlaw if she did this, but her blood was stirring inside her. She had to get revenge. She had to kill Chaos. Now. She streched her wings out. They were violet, but at times could turn blood-red. Had Shadow's inner demon "rubbed" onto her? They had been so close, the inner demon could've goten onto/into her.. SHe shook her head, now thinking of how she would LOVE to kill Chaos. She felt a battle: her conscious with Shadow's old inner demon. She willed the inner demon to win, as she already had some that was controling her will from birth. And the inner demon won. She growled with pleasure, now having even more inner demon than Shadow. Now she felt no exhaustion. She felt her blood stirring with exitement as she took off to kill Chaos. By the end of the day, the new Dark Mist hoped, Chaos's blood would stain the mountain peaks. She started to fly, but her old conscinous regained power suddenly. She felt that she had to go back to Shadow. He would know what to do. She flew towards the mountains, but not up. She landed in her old home, a tree, where Shadow first saw her.

shadow got to paradice lake, but didnt see darkmist anywhere. " Darkmist?!" he called. he waited.

Dark Mist, in her current stage, heard him, even though things seemed to be in such a fog. She circled lower, even though her (Shadow's old) inner demon told her not to.

Shadow felt something, like a part of him deep down inside, that is missing, is near by. who could be so close to him, that his deamon coudl enter them? DARKMIST! he ran to the Mt.s
