History: he..........uh....lets just say he apperaed out of nowhere with sonic,knuckles,Espio,vector,charmy,cream and cheeze,amy,rouge,Silver wind(Silver the hedgehog. lol) Blaze, and shadow(blood shadow) came first. xD

Strengths: is a really good swimer, can use his two tails to whip his oppenents, is also a macanical genus so can build many things(such as traps, conopys, tables, dens, etc.), fast runner, AND IS COOL!!!!! xD

Weaknesses: he has a lack of self confidence, he hates being teased, and he cries easyaly,( cheer up tails! n.n) his tendancy to ramble accendentaly causes him to tell secorets or plans, he is afraid of ghoasts and lightning. (me too! xD) he and knuckles have a good relationship, even though knuckles gets annoied with him often. (O.O) he's also close to cream, (wow, alot of info huh? xD) just like silver, blaze, (FrOm ThE fUtUrE! xD) knuckles, Sonic, Shadow, (blood shadow xD) he can turn super when all seven chaos emeralds are brought together. he can also speak with small animals.

okay. this isn't "Sonic the hedgehug" most of the characters you mensioned in others arent characters created yet. also he cant be from another planet, 'cause he is a fox. also he cant use his tails to fly, 'cause thats extremely unrealistic. he can have mutations ex. the two tails, but he cant use them to fly with. also how is a canine able to build things? other than dens and maybe hide-outs. sorry i cant accept this before you have edited it.

how can a canine build Tables when they dont have any fingers? also still many of the characters you mentioned isn't created yet. also how can he turn super? and you also mentioned "Silver" which refers to "Silver the husky" and Blue haven't mentioned that she can turn super. no turning super, this isn't "Marvel Comics" or "Sega" or "Nintendo". sorry.
